Dear Internet Banking & Bill Pay Customer:

We are just a couple weeks away from completing our operational merger to State Bank of Chilton’s core processor. A significant feature of the upgrade will be a new Internet Banking & Bill Pay interface with new options. There will be some steps you will need to take before and after conversion to ensure a smooth transition.

Access to your current Internet Banking & Bill Pay service will be suspended on Thursday, September 15 and we will convert you to the new system for access beginning Monday, September 19.

Internet Banking

  • Access to your account(s) will not be available as of Thursday, September 15.
  • Access to your account(s) will resume at some point during the day on Monday, September 19.
  • The first time you login to eBranch Online Banking & Bill Pay, you will need to enter your existing username (all small, no spaces) and you will be asked for a temporary password. That password will be comprised of the last five digits of your Social Security Number.
  • The new platform offers you some enhanced security features, including multi-factor authentication. The use of MFA challenge questions help to validate you as authorized when using an unregistered computer. You will be asked to select a few challenge questions at your initial login to get this setup.
  • Alerts you have set within Internet Banking to notify you of things such as deposits to your account, low balance alerts, etc., will need to be setup in the new platform after Monday, September 19.
  • You will also be pleased to learn we now offer TouchBanking Mobile Banking available for you to download after September 19. Mobile banking will give you 24/7 access to your accounts via app or text.

Bill Pay

  • Bills scheduled for one-time or recurring payment to be made on or before Thursday, September 15 and on or after Monday, September 19, will be processed as scheduled.
  • Bills scheduled for one-time or recurring payment to be made between Thursday, September 15 and Sunday, September 18 will be processed on Monday, September 19.
  • ePay will not be transferred. You will need to setup these payments beginning Monday, September 19. While your payments and payees will be transferred into the new platform, your payment history will not. Please retain history from the system prior to Thursday, September 15.
  • If you have any payments that must be sent between Thursday, September 15 and Sunday, September 18, please schedule these to be sent on or before Wednesday, September 14.
  • The new platform will provide you access to Popmoney – an easy, fast and secure online personal payment service that lets you send, request and receive money directly from your bank account.

eStatements

  • Customers will not have access to any of their previous statements through Internet Banking after Thursday, September 15.
  • We encourage you to download and archive any statements you wish to retain electronically or print statements for your records. Your eStatements will start again with the Month statement cycle, and your online history will build from that date. After September 19, if you need copies of earlier bank statements, please call our office at (800)236-2262, and we will provide a copy to you.

Check Images

  • After Thursday, September 15, customers will only be able to access images of checks that were processed after that date. We encourage our customers to download and archive any check images you wish to retain electronically or print the checks for your records. After September 15, if you need copies of earlier check images, please call our office at (800)236-2262, and we will provide copies of your checks to you.

You will find the new system has all the features you want in a complete Internet Banking & Bill Pay service and the interface is easy to use. If you have any questions about the information in this letter, please call us at (800)236-2262, or visit any of our convenient offices. Up-to-date information is also available on our website. Thank you very much for banking with us!

Sincerely,

Laura J. Hoerth
